Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify Brightlens Ltd as soon as possible.

Cancellation Charges

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: No charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee may apply.
• Failure to provide property access at the agreed time may be treated as a late cancellation.

Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to reschedule appointments, subject to availability.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather, property access issues, or circumstances beyond our control, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.

Refunds

Any refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the services booked and work already completed.
